| Description: | Excellent part-time HR Generalist contract position in a professional working environment located in Greensboro, NC. Work with a high energy team whose organization continues to grow. Will report to Vice President of Human Resources.
Must be able to work 30 hours work per week. Flexible schedule. Long term assignment. |
| Duties: | Perform human resource duties in the following functional areas: recruiting, benefits administration, HRIS management, compensation administration, leave administration, EEO reporting, and policy/procedure administration.
Responsibilites include:
Administration of all benefits; workers' compensation; administer FMLA; HRIS and record keeping responsibilities.
Assist with recruiting and training assignments. May conduct management training in HR areas.

| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business or other related field.
Prefer 3 to 5 years experience.
Must have excellent computer skills including HR databases, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
