| Description: | An Architectural and Engineering firm based in southwest VA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect with Principal potential with in a short period of time,for their office located in South West, Virginia.

| Duties: | 1. Project Architect/Manager for architectural design projects with oversight of work in process.
2. Client contact for various size projects.
3. Scheduling of workload.
4. Marketing for architectural projects.
|
| Qualifications: | 1. 8 to10 years of proven experience in all phases of design work through construction administration.
2. Professional degree and current registration in Virginia and/or Tennessee is preferred. NCARB is a plus.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
4. Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate others.
5. Excellent client interface capabilities.
6. Out of the box creative.
